3. Hosting & Server Log Files
This website is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA (Geneva, Switzerland). Switzerland is recognised by the European Commission as a safe third country (adequacy decision). Data transfers are therefore permitted pursuant to Art. 45 GDPR.
The provider automatically collects and stores information in server log files (e.g. IP address, browser type, time of access). This is technically necessary to ensure the stability and security of the website. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). This data is automatically deleted after 14 days. We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) with the provider.

4. Fonts (Bunny Fonts)
We use Bunny Fonts, provided by BunnyWay d.o.o. (Slovenia, EU), to serve web fonts. Fonts are served locally via EU servers; according to the provider, no cookies are set and no personal data is logged. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in consistent and secure display).
5. Appointment Booking (Zeeg)
To arrange calls, we link to the booking page of Zeeg GmbH (Germany). This is a simple link, not an embedded element on our website: visiting our pages does not by itself transmit any data to Zeeg. Only if you actively click the link and book an appointment on Zeeg's booking page does Zeeg process the data you enter there (e.g. name, email address, requested time). According to the provider, processing takes place exclusively on servers located in Germany. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in straightforward appointment scheduling).
