Our Approach

What you can expect from us.

Terms, fees and principles.

Why choose between consulting and sales?

Management Consulting

Thorough analyses and well-considered strategies often come with long lead times and high day rates. In the end, it remains open who takes on the execution.

Sales Agencies & Lead Tools

Fast and cost-effective to deploy at scale. In the end, it remains open whether the outreach actually reaches the relevant decision-makers.

A proven process in five phases.

01
Preparation
  • Define goals and scope
  • Align requirements and offer
  • Select partners based on assessment
02
Outreach
  • Reach out directly and personally
  • Clarify fit in conversation
  • Agree on next steps in a binding way
03
Implementation
  • Assign clear responsibilities
  • Align processes together
  • Embed the partnership into daily operations
04
Management
  • Nurture the relationship, not just administer it
  • Adjust processes as needed
  • Address challenges directly
05
Viability
  • Honestly assess results
  • Strengthen proven partnerships
  • End partnerships cleanly when value is lacking

How an engagement looks.

Recommended for getting started

Project Mandate

Clear scope, fixed timeframe, calculable risk. The direct entry point for phases 1 and 2 (Planning & Outreach), without long-term commitment. Duration: 3–6 months.

Partnerships require mutual benefit. They only become reliable through clear structures, not goodwill or blind trust.

What Netzmandat stands for.

I

Clarity over promises

Absolute guarantees of success are unrealistic in this market. An engagement is only accepted when network and expertise can meaningfully support the project. A clear no upfront protects both sides from misplaced expectations.

II

Transparency over grey areas

Our work always starts on the basis of a fixed fee. Performance-based commissions may be added by agreement. We do not, however, accept purely variable models, as your strategic interests come first and not the next referral fee. Every element of compensation is agreed openly upfront.

III

Practice over theory

Our work deliberately focuses on networking and accompaniment rather than technical implementation. That said, the choice of tools for day-to-day work is deliberate: wherever practical, we favour European open source, not as rigid dogma, but as pragmatically lived independence.
